How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is successfully placed. The mail will also have all the details related to your order.

After I have done my payment online on your site, what are the next steps?

  • Once you have placed an order with us online, we recommend that you share a screenshot of the same with us over whatsapp - +919310097068.
  • We will confirm your measurements. Please refer to the size guide to capture your measurement.
  • The order processing time would start from the day all your details regarding payment, measurements and complete shipping information has been acknowledged by us.
  • All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability.

What are the payment options available on Studio Iris?

For India based orders, we use Cashfree which has the following options of payment:

  • Credit & Debit cards
  • UPI (GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, Bhim, AmazonPay)
  • Wallets (Airtel Money, PhonePe, OLA Money, FreeCharge, MobiKwik, JioMoney)
  • Net Banking

For all other countries, we have two gateways- Paypal as well as Cashfree

We also have a No Cost EMI option available. Please contact us for this option.

What happens to the money deducted from my debit card/credit card/net banking/wallet/UPI through Cashfree for an unsuccessful prepaid order?

Do not worry. If the amount is debited from a customer’s account and is not reflected in our account then it will be automatically refunded to the customer’s account within 8-10 days. The time taken may vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won't be able to expedite this.
